Abstract
|
|
|
Purpose : The purpose of this study was to deep understanding for Senior Nursing Students of experiences for Preparing Employment.
Methods : This study were consensual qualitative research of phenomenological method given by colaizzi(1978).
Results : 5 Categories of (A) Study on the Experiences of Senior Nursing Students for Preparing Employment were ‘They have help from Supportive System.’, ‘They were influenced by obstacle.’, ‘They made the most of one’s ability.’, ‘They experienced positive feeling.’, ‘They experienced negative feeling.’.
Conclusion : The help of employment by professor and colleges were not only supportive system but also obstacle. Thus, We were in need of more development of the systematic employment support program.
